Dino founded Paradigm Academics in 2019 with a clear vision: to build more than just a training academy — to create a true community, a family of educators united by a genuine passion for the craft of cutting hair.
Drawing from over 10 years of experience in the industry, Dino understood that success in this field requires more than just technical ability; it takes mentorship, creativity, and a supportive environment. Paradigm Academics was built not just to teach, but to inspire, with one clear mission: to equip stylists with simple yet effective systems that unlock their creative potential and elevate their craft to new heights.

Mark started his career in Northern Ireland with 8 years of industry experience, beginning as an apprentice at 16.
Three years ago, he joined Paradigm - Male Image to expand his skills and move into education with Paradigm Academics. Since then, he has traveled widely across Europe, leading seminars and classes in the UK and Ireland.
Mark is passionate about mentoring students, helping them master shape and technique, improve cutting skills, and build confidence and creativity

ITALIAN DIRECTOR
Salvatore began his career 15 years ago in Naples as an apprentice, eager to master his craft.
Six years later, seeking new opportunities, he moved to London and worked at a local barbershop near his home.
After one year, he enrolled in a course at Paradigm Academics.
Shortly thereafter, Salvatore became part of the Paradigm Academics team, dedicating himself to teaching and mentoring students worldwide.
After two years of dedication and hard work, he returned to his hometown of Naples with the dream of opening his own Paradigm Salon and Paradigm Academy. In 2025, he achieved that dream by launching both establishments within the same year.

VIDEOGRAPHER & SOCIAL MEDIA
Paul has been part of the Paradigm brand since its inception, creating all of the content for the platform while also running his own video production company, EVA-G Visuals.
Through EVA-G, he has worked with major artists such as Wizkid, Skepta, and Rema, as well as brands like ASOS, Kickers, and Fresh Ego Kid.
His creative influence on the Paradigm brand has been incredible, ultimately earning him a seat as one of the Directors of Paradigm Online+.
