Return and Refund Policy for Paradigm Academics

1. Online Courses

1.1 14-Day Cancellation Period
- You have the right to cancel your online course purchase within 14 days of the order date.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must not have accessed or downloaded any course materials.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request.

1.2 Course Access and Completion
- Once you have accessed or downloaded any course materials, you forfeit your right to a refund.
- No refunds will be issued after the 14-day cancellation period, regardless of course completion status.

1.3 Technical Issues
- If you experience technical difficulties accessing the course, you must report the issue within 48 hours of purchase.
- We will attempt to resolve any technical issues promptly. If the issue cannot be resolved, a full refund will be issued.

2. In-Person Courses

2.1 Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel your in-person course registration up to 28 days before the course start date for a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 27 and 14 days before the course start date will receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the course start date.

2.2 Course Rescheduling
- You may reschedule your course once, free of charge, if requested at least 14 days before the original course date.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 14 days before the course date will incur a £25 administrative fee.

2.3 Attendance and Completion
- No refunds will be issued for partial attendance or failure to complete the course.
- If you are unable to attend due to illness, you must provide a valid medical certificate within 7 days of the course date to be eligible for rescheduling without additional fees.

3. General Terms

3.1 Refund Processing
- All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
- Refunds do not include any additional costs, such as travel or accommodation expenses.

3.2 Course Quality
- If you believe the course does not meet the advertised description or quality, you must submit a written complaint within 24 hours of course completion.
- Refunds based on course quality will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

3.3 Exclusions
- Refunds will not be issued for changes in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or failure to meet course prerequisites.

Returns on Tools and Products

4.1 Unopened Items
- Unused tools and products in their original, unopened packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
- The item must be in resalable condition with all tags and seals intact.

4.2 Opened or Used Items
- We do not accept returns on opened or used tools and products due to hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty.
- If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.

4.3 Exceptions
- Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Perishable goods such as hair dyes or chemical treatments cannot be returned once opened.

Gift Card Policy

5.1 Validity and Usage
- Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- Gift cards can be used to purchase any products or services offered by Paradigm Academics, including courses.

5.2 Refunds and Exchanges
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Any unused balance after the expiry date will not be refunded or extended.

5.3 Lost or Stolen Cards
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Please treat them like cash.
- Gift card codes should be kept confidential. We are not liable for any unauthorized use.

5.4 Restrictions
- Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
- Gift card balances cannot be transferred to other cards or accounts.
